Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Life Sciences with relevant hands-on lab experience in flow cytometry.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Customer-facing experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent understanding of Immunology.
• Hands-on experience with multicolor spectral flow experiments desirable.
• Able to work in a multicultural and global team.
• Comfortable with CRM, databases and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Help customers design flow cytometry panels and troubleshoot experiments.
• Provide technical support for flow reagents via phone, email, and web.
• Resolve complex questions by leveraging internal experts and resources.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and support knowledge bases.
• Stay current through product training and continuing education.
• Collaborate on international cross-functional projects and team initiatives.
