Vueling Airlines is seeking aCrew Planner to develop, maintain and publish monthly pilot rosters across bases, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will collect planning data from stakeholders, build schedules, and optimize for efficiency while supporting crew satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in airline operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with AIMS rostering tools. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for this role.

The role is responsible for maximizing crew productivity and efficiency, supporting crew satisfaction and quality of life, and ensuring the availability of qualified crew resources to operate the flight schedule.

Academic background
