Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a skilled crew planner to develop, maintain and publish monthly rosters for pilots across designated bases, ensuring compliance with planning standards and aviation regulations.

You will maximize crew productivity and satisfaction while ensuring availability of qualified resources to operate the flight schedule, collaborating with Operations, Training and other stakeholders.

Formación

• University degree in aeronautical management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in airline/aviation operations.
• Experience in crew planning, scheduling or rostering is desirable.
• Proficient in crew planning tools and operations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and maintain crew planning information from relevant stakeholders.
• Build, update and optimize crew schedules according to operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with crew planning regulations, qualifications and training requirements.
• Analyze, validate and publish monthly rosters within established deadlines.
• Manage schedule changes and operational contingencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training and other key stakeholders to support crew planning activities.

Mission

Develop, maintain and publish monthly crew rosters for pilots across assigned Vueling bases, ensuring compliance with company planning standards, operational requirements and aviation regulations. The role is responsible for maximizing crew productivity and efficiency, supporting crew satisfaction and quality of life, and ensuring the availability of qualified crew resources to operate the flight schedule.

Academic background
