TSMG is seeking an Operations Manager in Barcelona, Spain, responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in fleet operations management, proven ability to lead large teams, and a strong understanding of service delivery and KPIs. This role offers a long-term opportunity in a dynamic environment with ongoing training and professional development in modern vehicle technologies.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive service management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations or large-scale teams.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs, and operational performance management.
• Experience in 24/7 or high-availability operational environments.
• Fluent English required; German mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily fleet maintenance operations.
• Monitor operational performance and track KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage technicians and staff.
