Tsmg is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across depots in Europe. You will lead Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and technicians to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment‑ready.

You will monitor fleet utilization, charging, dispatch, and KPIs while coordinating with engineering, product, and fleet teams. The role requires strong leadership, operational rigor, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, or mobility services.
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs, optimize fleet utilization, and meet reliability targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing and deployments.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and technicians.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff; manage 24/7 shifts.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and performance summaries.
• Escalate risks and drive mitigation; assist city launches.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance.
