TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will manage Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and Technicians to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

The role emphasizes leading 24/7 operations, coordinating cross-functional teams with engineering, product, and fleet management, and driving KPI improvements while supporting new city launches and fleet expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in fleet/operational roles.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or multiple depot locations.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, vehicle dispatch, and KPI monitoring to maximise fleet performance.
• Oversee depot activities, safety, maintenance standards, and onboarding of new launches.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and fleet management teams.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards; escalate risks with mitigation plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach operational staff; build 24/7 shift coverage.
