Protech Automotive Solutions seeks a Senior Fleet Operations Specialist to own and optimize fleet lifecycle processes across the Caliber business lines. You will manage day-to-day fleet operations, ensure compliance, and maintain asset inventory.

Responsibilities include evaluating lease terms and lifecycle costs, coordinating preventive maintenance with vendors, and generating data-driven reports to identify savings and risks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years in fleet management, logistics, or operations with vehicle lifecycle knowledge.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and MVR check.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize fleet lifecycle processes across assigned Caliber business lines.
• Manage day-to-day internal fleet operations, ensuring compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Evaluate lease terms, mileage data, and lifecycle costs for timing disposal/acquisition.
• Develop data-driven recommendations balancing operations, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality repairs at prudent costs.
• Maintain fleet data and generate reports to identify trends, savings, and risks.
• Support strategic planning for fleet expansion, replacement cycles, and safety programs.
• Partner with leadership to forecast needs, budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-impact fleet issues.
