Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will execute regional fleet strategies and ensure consistent processes while driving performance aligned with customer satisfaction and fleet efficiency.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will translate strategy into action, oversee depot coordination, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements

• Proven track record in leading regional operations and teams.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience with fleet management and supplier/partner coordination.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and reporting.

• Oversee regional operations across UKI & Nordics with Asset Analysts.
• Lead and develop a team through coaching and performance management.
• Manage partner and supplier relationships and negotiate improvements.
• Drive process optimization, strategic fleet projects and cost efficiency.
• Act as bridge between central and local teams with regular performance updates.
