Bruce.work, based in Barcelona, is hiring a Junior QA Engineer to help define, structure, and strengthen the company’s QA strategy. You will collaborate with Product & Tech to validate new features before production releases and ensure an outstanding user experience from day one.

Ideal candidates are curious, proactive, and eager to build processes rather than simply follow existing ones. Fluency in English or Spanish is required, with French as a plus; the role offers a permanent Spanish

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• At least 5 years of experience in automation testing.
• Fluency in English or Spanish is required (French is a plus).
• Curious, proactive, and able to adapt in a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build the foundations of QA in a fast-growing startup.
• Help define and implement the QA strategy and testing framework.
