Mindmatch busca un/a Junior QA Engineer para definir y fortalecer la estrategia de aseguramiento de calidad en Barcelona. Colaborarás con Product y Tech para validar características antes de lanzarlas y garantizar una experiencia de usuario excepcional desde el primer día.

Buscamos un perfil curioso y proactivo, con capacidad de diseñar procesos, trabajar en equipo y crecer junto a una empresa en crecimiento en el sector editorial digital.

Formación

• Formación en Ingeniería o equivalente técnico.
• Reciente graduado/a en QA, pruebas de software o calidad de producto.
• Se requiere fluidez en inglés o español (trabajo en ambos idiomas).

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de QA y el marco de pruebas.
• Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de regresión y de aceptación de usuario.
• Identificar y documentar fallos, proponer mejoras y apoyar la automatización futura.

The Role

You will work alongside a young and collaborative Product & Tech team, helping to define, structure, and strengthen the companys quality assurance strategy as it continues to grow. From building testing processes to validating new features before production releases, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding user experience.

This position is ideal for a curious and proactive junior profile who enjoys exploring, questioning, testing, and continuously improving processes.

Your Keys Responsibilities

Build the foundations of Quality Assurance

• Help design and implement the companys QA strategy and testing framework.
• Create, document, and continuously improve testing processes.
• Contribute to building a quality-first culture across the company.

Test and validate new features

• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate new features before production releases.
• Ensure every release delivers the best possible user experience.

Identify issues and improve product quality

• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to future test automation initiatives as the QA function grows.

Collaborate across teams

• Work closely with Product, Front-end, Back-end, and Operations teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.

What makes you especially perfect for this role?

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in QA, software testing, or product quality.
• You speak fluently English or Spanish (we can work in both languages)
• Naturally curious and eager to understand how products work.
• Structured and detail-oriented while remaining pragmatic.
• Excited by the opportunity to build processes rather than simply follow existing ones.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Working conditions

• Permanent Spanish contract (40h/week)
• Salary: €22,000 – €28,000 gross per year
