Isla Yacht Group seeks a First Mate for a 40m+ private motor yacht moored in Palma. Start ASAP. The role includes leading the deck team, maintaining vessel systems, and upholding high presentation standards.

Applicants must hold an OOW 3000 certificate and should be confident managing planned maintenance and Mini ISM processes. On offer is a competitive package with standard leave and a standby opportunity for owner use.

Formación

• OOW 3000 certificate required.
• Experience leading a deck team on a private yacht.
• Experience with planned maintenance systems / Mini ISM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deck team to ensure high standards of presentation and safety.
• Oversee maintenance systems and cosmetic upkeep on a 40m+ vessel.
• Support owner-focused service and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
