Job summary

Agency is seeking a temporary Mate to join a 40m private motor yacht in the Mediterranean. Start date ASAP, contract of one month with potential to become permanent.

Ideal candidate has an OOW certification or modules completed, and proven experience as a Mate on vessels of similar size. You will lead the deck, manage navigational watches, uphold high safety standards, and be a team player with strong references.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Mate on deck and oversee navigational watch.
• Maintain safety protocols and deck operation standards.
• Coordinate with crew and respond to Captain's orders.
• Assist with vessel maintenance and logbook entries.
