Indra Group is seeking an experienced FPGA Firmware Engineer to design and validate FPGA firmware for space and defense tech development in Madrid. You will work on Intel and Xilinx platforms, implement IP Cores, and develop DSP algorithms for high‑frequency data processing.

The role emphasizes SoC integration, simulation environments, test benches, and hands-on lab support with test equipment, contributing to international projects and innovative space systems. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and validate FPGA firmware solutions using Intel and Xilinx technologies.
• Implement and integrate IP Cores, embedded systems, and SoC architectures such as MicroBlaze, NIOS, Zynq, MPSoC, and RFSoC.
• Develop digital signal processing algorithms in FPGA, including filters, FFTs, and high-performance data processing functions.
• Create simulation environments, test benches, and validation procedures to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Support laboratory integration and testing activities using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

We are looking for aFPGA Firmware Engineer with experience in FPGA development using Intel and Xilinx technologies, System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures, embedded systems, digital signal processing, and high-frequency digital designs to join projects focused on advanced space and defense electronic systems, including FPGA-based signal processing and embedded computing solutions.

• Design, develop, and validate FPGA firmware solutions using Intel and Xilinx technologies.
• Implement and integrate IP Cores, embedded systems, and SoC architectures such as MicroBlaze, NIOS, Zynq, MPSoC, and RFSoC.
