Job summary

Concentrix Spain NWE Services, S.L.U. in Benalmádena (Malaga) seeks a Customer Service Representative fluent in Finnish and English to join our on-site team.

You will handle customer contacts, log interactions, maintain product knowledge, and ensure SLA adherence in a fast-paced contact center environment. We offer full-time hours (39/week), a permanent contract, and a compensation package including a base salary of 20,973.22 EUR gross/year plus up to 3,600 EUR gross/year in bonus.

Qualifications

• Native Finnish plus fluent English required.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Good knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and basic applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or alerts and resolve users' demands.
• Log call details on call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of product and applications specific to customers.
• Escalate potential service issues to Mentor as needed.
• Follow all project processes and procedures.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
• Provide cover for other agents when required.
• Coordinate with Supervisors/Mentors on projects as requested.
• Attend regular team meetings and manage administrative duties.
