zooplus is seeking a detail-oriented Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish to support our Finnish shop. You will ensure accurate product listings, updates, promotions, and high-quality content while collaborating with teams across Europe.

In this role you will manage listings, ensure correct categorization, run translations when needed, and help optimize content for the Finnish market. Hybrid work is offered with office time in Madrid and travel possibilities.

Formación

• Fluent Finnish (C2) and good English communication.
• Strong eye for detail and high content quality.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product listings and changes in the Finnish shop.
• Ensure correct categorization, activation and visibility for products.
• Maintain high-quality product content and translations when needed.
• Create and manage promotions.
• Quality check content and fix issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Content, Vendor, Category, and Campaign teams.
• Improve shop processes and content quality ongoing.
• Support timely execution of operational tasks and reduce backlog.
