zooplus is seeking a Shop Operations Specialist for the Danish market to keep our Danish shop fresh, engaging and perfectly tailored for customers. You’ll translate and adapt content, update banners, publish campaigns, and collaborate with teams across Europe to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience.

This role offers hybrid work with a 60% office / 40% remote split, based in Madrid, with an option to work abroad for up to 20 days a year.

Formación

• Fluent Danish (C2) and communicative English.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable meeting deadlines.
• Execution-focused with a mindset for improvement and UX.
• CMS experience is a plus; familiarity with JIRA is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Execute onsite campaigns and publish content in the Danish shop.
• Maintain and optimize shop content using the internal CMS.
• Ensure campaigns go live correctly and meet quality standards.
• Translate and adapt promotional texts and product descriptions into Danish.
• Identify and fix inconsistencies or missing content proactively.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure Danish content meets expectations.
