Zooplus SE is seeking a meticulous Shop Operations Specialist for the Finnish market. You will manage product listings, ensure accurate categorization, and maintain high-quality content to support European operations.

The role requires collaboration with multiple teams across Europe and a proactive approach to content improvements. The position offers hybrid work with office and home time, plus opportunities to travel and support promotions in the Finnish shop.

Formación

• Fluent Finnish (C2) and strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with CMS and PIM systems; Jira experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product listings and changes in the Finnish shop.
• Ensure products are correctly categorized, activated, and visible to customers.
• Maintain high-quality product content.
• Create and manage promotions.
• Perform quality checks and fix content issues.
• Support translations and adapt website content for the Finnish market when needed.
• Collaborate with Content Team, Vendor Managers, Category Management and Campaigns Team.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of shop processes and content quality.
• Help reduce backlog and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
