Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Financial Execution Specialist to support international trade operations from the Barcelona area. You will manage trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit, and coordinate with banks and suppliers to ensure compliant, timely execution.

The role requires robust knowledge of LC processing, trade documentation, and payment flows, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, international trade, logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in trade finance and LC handling.
• Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and payment processes.
• Experience collaborating with banks and financial institutions.
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, UCP rules and Incoterms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Move and execute trade finance transactions, including LCs.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Execution Specialist to support international trade operations within a global and fast-paced business environment. This position is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in trade finance, Letters of Credit (LCs), banking coordination, international trade documentation, and transaction execution.

Location: Barcelona area (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Review, structure, amend, and process LCs in line with banking and international trade requirements.
• Monitor payment flows and support the financial execution of international trade transactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
• Review and validate shipping and logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L).
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and banking partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade finance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Trade Finance with solid knowledge of Letters of Credit.
• Strong understanding of international trade documentation and payment processes.
• Experience working directly with banks and financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading, UCP rules, and Incoterms.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.
