Urban Science España S.L. seeks a Consultant to develop Business Management analytics, technical and client handling skills while delivering high-quality projects with accuracy and timeliness. You will join our Business Management team and benefit from the Urban Science Employee Experience.

Madrid-based, hybrid work with occasional travel up to 20%. The role emphasizes dealer network performance analysis, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1).
• Business Management and KPI analysis.
• Finance and Accounting.
• MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) advanced.
• Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Track and analyze dealer network performance data to improve accuracy and quality; organize dealer visits based on results.
• Provide remote and direct support to dealer network on accounting, data input, and reporting questions.
• Present KPI results to all levels of the business and suggest improvement actions.
• Train dealer network on internal software, data quality, maps, and KPI analysis.
• Act as client liaison to respond to requests and improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data used on projects.
• Attend project meetings and present status updates to clients and management.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and client projects as required.

The Consultant will develop Business Management analytical, technical and client handling skills providing support in the delivery of client services enjoying the execution of high-quality projects and assignments with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will join our talented Business Management team and benefit from the Urban Science Employee Experience!

Some of the essential duties of this role include:

• Tracks, processes analyzes operative and financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes independently Dealer visits based on results
• Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignment (e.g. General accounting/ book keeping queries/ data input issues/reporting...)
• Present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPI´s results, suggesting actions of improvement
• Provide training to the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and assist on the analysis of their KPI´s performance data
• Serves as a contact for, and develops relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction
• Assumes responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
• Attends project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.
• Other tasks and participation in special projects in the client as required

Successful candidates with hold a University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar degrees, minimum of 2 years of related work experience and the following competences:

Technical competences:

• Communication Skills: fluent/native Spanish language and high Advanced English level C1
• Business Management and KPI´s analysis
• Finance and Accounting
• MS Office advanced level in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Driver’s License

• Global automotive retail network and auto industry
• Dealership business model: understanding of dealer management accounts, budgets, composites, day-to-day control operations and its associated risks
• SQL programming language

Location:

Madrid. Hybrid work is available subject to internal policies. Occasionally travel up to 20% of the time throughout the region assigned.
