At EBRO, a fast-growing automotive OEM in the Spanish market, the performance and sustainability of our dealer network are critical to achieving profitable growth and a strong brand presence. The Dealer Network – Business Management Specialist is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the business performance of EBRO’s dealer network, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term profitability.
This role combines strong business analysis, network management, and hands-on dealer engagement, requiring frequent interaction with dealer management teams and internal stakeholders. Based in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Network Business Management
- Implement and manage EBRO’s dealer business management framework.
- Monitor dealer financial and operational performance across sales and aftersales.
- Ensure consistent application of EBRO business standards within the network.
- Support dealer management teams in improving profitability and operational efficiency.
2. Performance Analysis & KPI Management
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to sales, aftersales, margins, and network profitability.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for performance monitoring.
- Identify performance gaps and prioritize high-impact improvement actions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.
- Support dealer onboarding and ramp-up from a business management perspective.
- Identify underperforming dealers and define recovery plans.
- Contribute to network footprint optimization and capacity planning.
- Support commercial policy deployment and incentive schemes.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as key interface between Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Strategy teams.
- Ensure alignment between product launches, commercial targets, and dealer capabilities.
- Support business cases and management presentations related to network performance.
- Travel regularly to visit dealers across Spain to review business performance.
- Provide on-site business reviews and guidance to dealer principals and management teams.
- Capture market and dealer feedback to continuously improve EBRO’s dealer business model.
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in dealer business management, network development, or commercial roles.
- Experience in the automotive sector (OEM, importer, or dealer network) is highly valued.
Skills
- Strong understanding of dealer business models, P&L, and network economics.
- Advanced analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to prioritize actions in a fast-paced OEM or startup environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
