Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze employee communications across channels to identify suspicious or non-compliant activities.
Ensure all monitoring activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies; prepare detailed reports.
Investigate potential breaches, cooperate with legal teams, and assist in resolving issues with recommended actions.
Contribute to development and improvement of communication surveillance policies and train staff.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and collaborate with IT to improve surveillance tools and processes.
