FCR Immobilien AG in Mallorca is seeking a Financial Accountant for a long-term, on-site, full-time role. The office is currently in S'Arenal and will relocate to Llucmajor from January.

You will manage daily accounting, coordinate with the German headquarters, and ensure compliance with statutory standards and German accounting rules using DATEV. Strong numerical and Excel skills are essential.

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for an exciting long-term career opportunity in Mallorca? FCR Immobilien AG is an established German real estate company focused on retail centers, specialized commercial parks, and commercial properties. To strengthen our branch on Mallorca, we are looking for a reliable, precise, and motivated Financial Accountant to join us immediately. You will work on-site in a full-time position. The office is currently located in S'Arenal and will relocate to Llucmajor starting in January. Please note that this role is strictly on-site, and remote work or home office is not available.

In this role, you will take ownership of daily accounting procedures and work in close coordination with the German headquarters. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the day-to-day financial accounting operations
• Entering, verifying, and account-coding incoming and outgoing invoices
• Accurately auditing, posting, and booking all ongoing business transactions
• Monitoring bank accounts, managing payment transactions, and reconciling open items
• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable (Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements in alignment with statutory standards
• Communicating and collaborating with our corporate headquarters in Germany, external tax advisors, and relevant stakeholders
• Handling general commercial, administrative, and office organizational tasks

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong numerical skills and a high standard of accuracy. Your profile includes:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally accompanied by further qualification or certification in financial accounting
• Practical professional experience in commercial accounting or financial bookkeeping
• Confident and proven proficiency with DATEV software (strictly required)
• Solid understanding of German accounting standards and commercial regulations
• Proficient application of Microsoft Office programs, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent spoken and written German language skills; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory
• An independent, structured, and careful working style paired with absolute reliability, discretion, and integrity
