FCR Group is seeking a reliable Financial Accountant to join either Mallorca or Pullach near Munich. You will engage in structured accounting, handle complex transactions, and contribute to monthly and annual statements.

The role requires several years in financial accounting, fluency in German, and strong Excel skills. You may work full-time or part-time and benefit from a long-term, secure position with a collaborative team.

Formación

• Completed commercial training such as financial accountant or tax assistant.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of German accounting and tax law; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Very good written and spoken German; Spanish and English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process ongoing financial accounting, account reconciliations, and VAT returns.
• Check, post, and book invoices (incoming and outgoing).
• Monitor payments and manage open items.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, authorities, and internal contacts.

Are you looking for a responsible position in financial accounting with a direct connection to Mallorca? To strengthen the FCR Group, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Financial Accountant on a full-time or part-time basis as soon as possible. You can work either at our location in Mallorca or in the Pullach area near Munich. If you have solid experience in financial accounting, work in a structured manner, and keep a clear overview even with complex business transactions, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your key responsibilities

• Processing ongoing financial accounting, account reconciliations, and advance VAT returns
• Checking, posting, and booking incoming and outgoing invoices
• Monitoring payment transactions and managing open items
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborating with tax advisors, public authorities, and internal contact persons
• Preparing business evaluations, financial reporting, and managing administrative documents

What you bring to the team

• Completed commercial training, for example as a financial accountant, tax assistant, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of German accounting and tax law; knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax requirements is a clear advantage
• Very good written and spoken German; Spanish and English skills are desirable
• Structured, diligent, and independent working style with a high degree of discretion and residence in Mallorca or the Pullach/Munich area
