FCR Immobilien AG in Mallorca is seeking a Financial Accountant for a long-term, on-site, full-time role. The office is currently in S'Arenal and will relocate to Llucmajor from January.

You will manage daily accounting, coordinate with the German headquarters, and ensure compliance with statutory standards and German accounting rules using DATEV. Strong numerical and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Completed commercial vocational training with accounting focus.
• Experience in commercial accounting or financial bookkeeping.
• Proficient DATEV software (required).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting operations.
• Enter, verify, and code invoices.
• Audit, post and record transactions.
• Monitor bank accounts and reconcile items.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with Germany HQ and external tax advisors.
• Handle general administrative tasks.
