FCR Immobilien AG, a German real estate company, seeks a reliable Accountant for Mallorca. On-site role relocating from S'Arenal to Llucmajor, starting immediately with immediate start.

Responsibilities include daily financial accounting, invoices, bank accounts, accounts receivable/payable, and preparing monthly/annual statements under German standards; collaboration with German HQ, tax consultants, and external contacts.

Formación

• Completed commercial vocational training with potential qualification in financial accounting.
• Practical professional experience in financial accounting.
• Proficiency with DATEV software.
• Solid understanding of German accounting regulations and practices.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent German in speech and writing; Spanish knowledge beneficial but not required.
• Independent, structured, and careful working style with discretion and numeric affinity.

Are you an experienced financial accountant looking for a reliable, long-term opportunity on Mallorca? FCR Immobilien AG, an established nationwide German real estate company specializing in retail centers and commercial properties, is expanding its local branch. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on the island starting immediately. Your workplace is currently located in S'Arenal and will move to Llucmajor starting in January. Please note that this is an exclusively on-site role without remote or home-office options.

Core responsibilities

• Managing ongoing financial accounting and booking day-to-day business transactions
• Recording, verifying, and assigning incoming and outgoing invoices
• Overseeing bank accounts, payment processing, and clearing open items
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Preparing preliminary monthly and annual financial statements according to German standards
• Communicating directly with the German headquarters, tax consultants, and external contacts

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in financial accounting
• Practical professional experience in financial accounting
• Confident, mandatory proficiency with DATEV software
• Solid understanding of German accounting regulations and practices
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of German in speech and writing; Spanish knowledge is beneficial but not required
• An independent, structured, and careful working style paired with discretion and high numerical affinity
