Destinus in Madrid is seeking an ERP Specialist - Finance to lead planning, execution and delivery of ERP projects with our external implementation partner. Focus on maintaining system integrity, optimising workflows and aligning ERP functions with business needs.

You will translate finance requirements into functional solutions, own deployment roadmaps, train users, and collaborate with Finance, Production and Operations across Europe. Willingness to travel within Europe is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or Business Admin.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and integration.
• Experience with ERP components including data management and reporting.
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Aufgaben

• Translate finance requirements into ERP functional solutions.
• Develop deployment roadmap and manage integrations.
• Chair regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define business process requirements and ERP module scope.
• Collaborate with Finance, Production and Operations to gather needs.
• Ensure solutions comply with policies and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to Enterprise Systems strategy and IT direction.
• Engage with Finance contacts with Systems Analysts to design solutions.
• Align financial processes across Operations for end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor progress and apply corrective actions.
• Apply risk management practices and escalate risks.
• Train users and create system documentation.
• Analyse, optimise and digitise existing processes.
