Job summary

Otis is seeking a Finance Project Lead based in Madrid to drive design and deployment of finance processes within the MERP system and to track Capex/Opex budgets across three Spanish factories.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Stock Management, and Engineering, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and timely reporting. Fluent Spanish and English required; Big4 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• At least 2–3 years’ experience within Finance departments; Big4 experience is a plus
• Previous experience in Manufacturing sites and cost accounting is desirable
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in an international environment
• Exceptional communication skills and proactive approach
• Fluent in Spanish and English are required

Responsibilities

• Understand business from the Finance point of view and collaborate with different teams across the company such as Supply Chain, Stock Management or Engineering
• Lead the design and deployment phases of finance related processes and system requirements
• Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are properly integrated in the new MERP
• Track and analyze Capex and Opex budget for the 3 Spanish factories
