Impala Terminals is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst to bridge Finance, IT and Operations during a major ERP deployment. The role focuses on standardising processes, documenting procedures, and driving improvements across finance systems and data workflows.

You will translate business needs into actionable plans, define KPIs, and manage projects for system integrations and controls, while collaborating with multiple functions to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business administration or engineering.
• 5-7 years in accounting, internal control, controlling, finance project management.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems implementation (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Project management and process design skills.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements into clear action plans.
• Proficient in verbal and written English, with emphasis in redacting procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process review, design workflows, write procedures and implements recommendations.
• Finance process and systems (ERP) integration.
• Implement controls, improve process accuracy and efficiency.
• Central point of contact for stakeholders on finance process and systems integration.
• Translate business data into measurable metrics and recommend actions.
• Define and maintain KPIs related to finance processes.
• Process review, design workflows, and implements recommendations.
• Maintain databases and documentation to be shared across the organisation.
• Manage projects and lead process changes, deploy new tools.
• Streamline master data management and controls.
