Job summary

QIMA is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Delivery Lead to turn a high-visibility change agenda into measurable, well-controlled delivery. You will connect strategy with execution across a portfolio of finance transformation programmes, ensuring plans are integrated, dependencies are managed and teams are set up to deliver.

The role includes leading acquisitions integration from Day 1 readiness through handover, delivering NetSuite improvements, and building a repeatable delivery

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex finance transformation programmes across multiple entities.
• Strong programme planning and dependency management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated delivery plan across FY27 finance transformation programmes.
• Own acquisition integrations from Day 1 readiness through handover and ensure timely delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with country finance teams, vendors and offshore build teams.
• Develop and coach the delivery team to adopt a repeatable delivery method and governance rhythm.
• Provide weekly reporting and contribute to quarterly outcomes assessments.
