Impala Terminals is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst to bridge Finance, IT and Operations during a major ERP deployment. The role focuses on standardising processes, documenting procedures, and driving improvements across finance systems and data workflows.

You will translate business needs into actionable plans, define KPIs, and manage projects for system integrations and controls, while collaborating with multiple functions to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business administration or engineering.
• 5-7 years in accounting, internal control, controlling, finance project management.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems implementation (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Project management and process design skills.
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements into clear action plans.
• Proficient in verbal and written English, with emphasis in redacting procedures.

Main Purpose

The Finance business process analyst acts as bridge between Finance, IT and Operations. Supports the company transformation and streamline finance processes to improve efficiency, in a context of new ERP deployment. Leverages systems and data analysis to implements metrics and recommend actions.

The Finance business process analyst acts as bridge between Finance, IT and Operations. Supports the company transformation and streamline finance processes to improve efficiency, in a context of new ERP deployment. Leverages systems and data analysis to implements metrics and recommend actions.

This position plays a central role in process standardisation, documentation and integration within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
