Opella seeks a Financial Performance Lead to join the regional finance leadership team. You will drive the IBP process, coordinate with Supply Chain, and lead the strategic financial plan in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

• Experience Master’s degree in finance or equivalent with an experience in a challenging finance role
• Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines
• Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through very good understanding of the finance drivers
• A well-developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
• Prior experience of working in multinational matrix organizations, preferably from CPG and FMCH

Responsabilidades

• Lead IBP process and coordinate with Supply Chain to drive monthly regional IBP exercise and forecast accuracy
• Lead Financial Strategic Plan in collaboration with EULA Zones and stakeholders
• Support monthly regional IBP/MBR meetings and translate variations into clear messages for EULA leadership
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align group instructions and strategic priorities
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support planning exercises and reviews
• Ensure integrity of financial operations and drive value-creation initiatives
