Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking a Data Product Lead – Finance Data & AI to drive the global finance data and AI agenda. You will translate business needs into scalable data products, partnering with Finance leadership to deliver measurable value across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance and Cash Management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish data governance, and harmonize data across SAP environments to enable a trusted single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering data, analytics or AI solutions within finance.
• Solid understanding of finance processes (controlling, FP&A, working capital, treasury) and ability to engage with senior finance stakeholders.
• Deep SAP Finance (FI/CO/Treasury) experience across complex environments.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and applying AI/analytics to business use cases.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear communication.
• Strong ownership, execution focus and ability to deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Finance Data & AI roadmap in coordination with Finance leadership.
• Identify, define and deliver data and AI use cases that create measurable business value.
• Lead consolidation and harmonization of finance data across SAP systems into a unified model.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions with architecture and governance.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams (data, analytics, engineering) and ensure timely delivery.
