Job summary

Zoomo is seeking a Finance Operations professional to join our European hub in Madrid. You will ensure invoices, payments and balances are accurate, and you will help standardise processes across markets.

You will work with the Finance Lead, hub managers and external accountants; the role requires sharp eyes for numbers and a proactive approach to closing gaps before they become issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting or finance operations with journal entries.
• Strong bank reconciliation experience.
• Fluent English for cross-market work.
• Discretion with confidential data.
• Comfortable in fast-changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Post supplier and customer invoices, accruals, prepayments and intercompany recharges.
• Record e-bike purchases, hub transfers and disposals, run monthly depreciation.
• Run payment cycles and reconcile bank accounts across markets.
• Review card and expense spend, kill duplicate subscriptions, challenge hub costs.
• Own month-end checklist and reconciliations; provide explainable variance data.
