Job summary

Glovo Group seeks a Finance Lead for the Marketplace Experience team to own the economics behind the support operations that power the marketplace. You will be the finance authority in the engine room, owning end-to-end P&L, setting forecasting cadence, and building models and tools that give leadership visibility and drive decision-making across markets.

Qualifications

Senior finance professional with a strong quantitative data mindset.
Experience owning P&L and forecasting for large, multi-market operations.
Ability to design models and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

Own financial reporting and forecasting end-to-end for Marketplace Experience operations: P&L accuracy, forecasting cadence, credible estimates.
Set analytical agenda and drive cost drivers and unit-economics questions to a decision.
Design and own financial toolkit: models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks used across markets.
Act as finance business partner to Delivery Leads, country ops, BPO partners, and HQ FP&A, guiding decisions and maintaining financial discipline.
Lead deep-dives on material variances, size impact, and drive corrective actions to execution.
Own finance workstreams on strategic programs: cost reduction, efficiency, capacity/investment decisions from framing to business case.
Mentor junior analysts and raise standards within the finance and operations community.
