Amadeus is looking for a Business Finance Analyst to join our Finance organization and deliver accurate, insightful monthly reporting that informs business decisions across Finance, Commercial and Hospitality. You will lead cost analyses, support planning and forecasting, and build automated Power BI dashboards using advanced Excel and AI tools to modernize reporting.

Formación

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis for multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee accurate, timely reporting of monthly financial results, KPIs and legal entity information.
• Lead analysis and communications on cost areas and support margin analysis, variance and planning.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering ad-hoc reports with clear recommendations.
• Manage month-end closing activities and assist in estimation processes.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and AI tools.
• Drive Finance transformation by simplifying and standardizing processes.
