DEOLEO is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst for its Global Business Development Team in Madrid. You will support collection, analysis, and control of financial information, ensuring accurate monthly close and insightful reporting across the P&L.

You will develop KPI dashboards, automate reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive profitability and cost optimization. Fluency in English is required and ERP experience is essential.

Formación

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage analytical deliverables for monthly close and variances.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with key findings.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from corporate and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting outputs.
• Own end-to-end P&L analysis and surface insights on performance and opportunities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and automate reporting using Excel/Power BI.
