Continental is seeking a finance-minded analyst to join the Iberia Controlling team in Spain. You will learn month-end activities, automate repetitive tasks, and develop Power BI reporting to enhance decision making. The role offers hands-on learning and collaboration with an automation team.

Ideal candidates have a quantitative degree, 0–4 years’ experience, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with working English. The environment emphasizes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or management engineering, business administration, or information systems with quantitative focus.
• 0–4 years of experience; finance exposure helpful, track record of solving quantitative problems and automating processes.
• Advanced Excel; comfort with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
• Structured, fast-thinking learner who can keep up with training.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus working English.
• Automation mindset to reduce repetitive tasks and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis with the team.
• Identify manual tasks and automate them for quick wins.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting to replace manual outputs.
• Collaborate with the automation team to scope improvements for controlling.
• Document and share your work to empower teammates.
