Job summary

Continental is seeking a finance-minded analyst to join the Iberia Controlling team in Spain. You will learn month-end activities, automate repetitive tasks, and develop Power BI reporting to enhance decision making. The role offers hands-on learning and collaboration with an automation team.

Ideal candidates have a quantitative degree, 0–4 years’ experience, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with working English. The environment emphasizes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or management engineering, business administration, or information systems with quantitative focus.
0–4 years of experience; finance exposure helpful, track record of solving quantitative problems and automating processes.
Advanced Excel; comfort with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
Structured, fast-thinking learner who can keep up with training.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus working English.
Automation mindset to reduce repetitive tasks and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis with the team.
Identify manual tasks and automate them for quick wins.
Build and maintain Power BI reporting to replace manual outputs.
Collaborate with the automation team to scope improvements for controlling.
Document and share your work to empower teammates.
