Amadeus in Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain, is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to deliver accurate monthly financial results and KPIs, driving cost analyses and planning support. You will develop automated dashboards, leverage AI for modern reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Commercial and Hospitality stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead month-end close, perform margin and variance analyses, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Formación

• Strong background in financial reporting, planning or business analysis in a multinational or matrixed setting.
• Solid understanding of P&L, Gross Margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Proven experience developing dashboards and automated reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and adopting new technologies to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting, KPIs and entity data across tools
• Lead analysis of HOS-Advertising Fixed Costs and support Gross Margin and variance analysis
• Produce ad-hoc reports and translate financial data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Manage month-end closing activities and lead estimation processes per policies
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting using Power BI, advanced Excel and AI tools
• Drive Finance transformation by simplifying, standardizing and automating processes and sharing best practices across Finance
• Strong background in financial reporting, planning or business analysis in a multinational or matrixed setting
• Solid understanding of P&L, Gross Margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Proven experience developing dashboards and automated reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and adopting new technologies to improve processes
• Strong business acumen and ability to act as a trusted partner to finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights
