Daniel J. Edelman Holdings in Madrid is seeking a dynamic finance professional to manage the full billing and collections cycle.

You will work closely with PR teams to ensure accurate client invoicing and timely collections from setup through final payment, while supporting continuous process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in billing/AR, proficiency with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel, and excellent English communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in billing, accounts receivable or financial administration.
• Experience in collections management and debt follow-up.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong English, both written and spoken (B2–C1).

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end billing and collections from client setup to invoicing.
• Ensure billing deadlines and monthly closing timelines are met.
• Coordinate with PR teams for accurate billing information.
• Maintain client master data and monitor accounts receivable.
• Proactively manage collections and communicate with clients.
• Prepare reports on invoicing activity and collection status.
• Support financial close activities and account reconciliations.
