Publicis Re:Sources in Madrid seeks an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end finance operations for Spain, covering AP, AR, billing and treasury. • Proven experience in finance operations with hands‑on ownership of AP, AR, Billing and operational treasury.
• Experience managing operational finance teams.
• Experience in high‑volume, multinational or SSC/GBS finance environments.
• Strong understanding of Spanish finance operations, including local tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, SLAs, service delivery and issue resolution.
• Strong process improvement mindset with practical experience standardizing, automating or optimizing finance operations.
• Ability to work with ERP and finance systems; advanced Excel skills required.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end finance operations across AP, AR, Billing and treasury.
• Ensure invoicing, collections, payments and cash follow‑up are accurate and timely.
• Oversee end‑to‑end billing, PO matching and invoice issue resolution.
• Lead month‑end close activities from an execution perspective.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up on outstanding items.
• Standardize and improve finance operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks and recurring issues; drive root‑cause actions.
• Drive automation opportunities across AP, AR, Billing and treasury processes.
• Manage operational incidents related to invoicing, collections and payments.
• Lead teams covering AP, AR, Billing and treasury activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs (DSO, DPO, cycle times).
• Coordinate with Finance, controlling, vendors and clients.
