JBT Marel in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares) seeks an experienced AR Billing Specialist to handle billing activities and support the transition of AR processes across the company. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and a strong internal controls mindset.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent, 1+ year in finance or billing, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and solid Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a Finance environment or Billing preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform timely daily Billing activities and support AR processes.
• Ensure month-end close and SOX controls adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide AR information for financial reporting.
• Guide and support AR team to improve processes and efficiency.
