Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a Finance Operations Manager for Spain to lead end-to-end finance processes across AP, AR, Billing and treasury. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and scalable operations, working with business and finance stakeholders to drive results.

The ideal candidate will manage transactional finance activities, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. This hands-on leadership position is based in Madrid.

Formación

• Hands-on ownership of AP, AR, Billing and treasury operations.
• Experience leading operational finance teams, not just control or FP&A.
• Experience in high-volume, multinational or SSC/GBS environments.
• Strong understanding of Spanish finance operations, including local tax and compliance.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, service delivery and issue-resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end finance operations across AP, AR, Billing and treasury.
• Manage day-to-day operations with invoicing, collections, payments and cash follow-up.
• Oversee month-end close activities from an execution perspective.
• Monitor overdue balances and ensure structured follow-up on client/vendor items.
• Drive process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across finance ops.
