Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Finance Analyst in Guadalajara to support and analyze business performance. You will partner with Finance Managers to drive analytics, support commercial management processes, and assist with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, English fluency, and experience with tools like SAP, Tableau, and Excel. A 2+ year background in finance is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting/finance/economics/statistics or engineering.
2+ years of business experience or equivalent.
Fluency in English and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with data sources for analysis (Excel, Tableau, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

Collaborate across functions to align analytical efforts with business priorities.
Perform descriptive and predictive analyses to drive action and insights.
Support pricing, discounting, and annual pricing guidance with insights.
Partner with NAMs to provide market pricing ahead of meetings.
Support monthly/quarterly/year-end close with FP&A inputs.
Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for reviews.
