Job summary

The role requires 1.5–3 years of FP&A experience, solid Excel skills, and a good command of English. This is a hybrid position based in Guadalajara with cross-functional collaboration across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 1.5 to 3 years of FP&A and accounting experience including forecasting and budgeting.
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases; Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team while meeting deadlines.
• Good English level; hybrid role based in Guadalajara.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounting and financial systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Download/upload financial data, set up SAP templates, and perform system maintenance.
• Develop financial reporting, support forecasting, budgeting, and closing cycles.
• Conduct data analyses for periodic financial and operational reviews.
• Contribute to departmental financial planning, budgets, forecasts, capex and depreciation.
• Prepare, document, and record journal entries in line with accounting policies.
