Carolina Herrera is seeking a senior Education & Training leader to manage the international department for the Beauty division. You will shape the global education strategy, design training tools, and empower Beauty Advisors across markets to drive Brand Love and loyalty.

Role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to translate brand Alegría de Vivir into engaging learning experiences. Travel to key markets will be part of the role.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics (Fragrance and Make-up) training/education services.
• Master’s degree in marketing or luxury management preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the global education strategy for the Beauty division.
• Create training tools and materials for markets and Beauty Advisors.
• Coordinate daily interactions with key markets to address local needs.
• Organise CH annual training conventions and regional seminars.
