Quadient is seeking a Field Technician II to install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, provide training, and maintain devices with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Role requires reading schematics, performing maintenance, and up to 100% travel. A High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of customer service are expected; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1-3+ years of electrical/mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, manuals and other docs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed (up to 100%).

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, upgrade, configure, test, and maintain hardware, embedded software, and applications at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, ensure reliable operation.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance with clear updates during service.
• Manage tools, parts inventory, and documentation; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Travel frequently to customer locations and collaborate to identify technical solutions.
