Hitachi Energy is looking for a skilled professional to join their Service organization in Spain. This role involves executing installation and commissioning activities for High Voltage equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term asset performance.

The ideal candidate must possess a technical diploma and have at least 5 years of experience in the high voltage industry. Proficiency in Spanish and a valid driver’s license are essential. Extensive travel within Spain, exceeding 80%, is required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high voltage, electrical or mechanical field service.
• Good command of Spanish; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Spain (>80%).

In this role, you will join the Service organization in Spain, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality Installation & Commissioning and Service activities for High Voltage equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable and on‑time execution at customer sites, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and long‑term asset performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Execute installation and commissioning activities for High Voltage equipment at customer sites.
• Perform service activities including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits and replacements.
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues on‑site or remotely.
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Hitachi Energy HSE standards.
• Prepare, coordinate and verify availability and quality of tools, materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their operational needs.
• Propose technical solutions and upgrades to improve system reliability and performance.

Your background

• Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electromechanics or mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high voltage, electrical or mechanical field service.
• Proven experience in installation and commissioning of HV equipment.
