Job summary

Bright Renewables is seeking Field Service Engineers to join our Spanish team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on biogas upgrading systems, commission and start up installations, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related issues across Europe.

This role combines hands-on engineering with international travel, autonomy, and ongoing training. You will work in a fast-growing segment of renewable energy and contribute to a more sustainable future in a

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
• Experience in industrial plants, utilities, energy, oil & gas, water treatment or similar environments.
• Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Good English skills; CV in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Commission and start up new installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related issues.
• Carry out FAT and SAT tests.
• Support customers during operation and optimization of their plants.
• Supervise subcontractors during installation and commissioning activities.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping our renewable energy installations running safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Commission and start up new installations;
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and process-related issues;
• Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT);
• Support customers during operation and optimization of their plants;
• Supervise subcontractors during installation and commissioning activities;
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.

Our requirements

• A background in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering;
• Experience in industrial plants, utilities, energy, oil & gas, water treatment or similar environments;
