TOMRA Food is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to ensure seamless operation of our advanced sorting systems. The role involves field service activities across Spain and Portugal, including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance and repair, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
You will travel extensively, up to 80%, and collaborate with local teams. The ideal candidate holds technical education in electronics or automation, has 3–5 years of field service experience,
Formación
- 3–5 years of field service, industrial maintenance, or technical customer support.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2).
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Valid driver''s license.
Responsabilidades
- Install, commission, operate, test, optimize, maintain and repair TOMRA equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
- Adjust and configure analog/digital circuits, power supplies, and PLCs.
- Provide customer training on operation and maintenance of TOMRA systems.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent support.
- Travel up to 80% within Spain, with possible international travel.
