TOMRA Food in Spain is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in or around Sevilla to install, commission, operate, test, and service TOMRA sorting systems across Spain and Portugal.

The role combines hands-on engineering with independent problem solving, offering travel up to 80% and a hybrid work approach. Ideal candidates hold a technical electronics/electrical/automation background and are fluent in Spanish with good English. A valid driving license is required.

Formación

• Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in field service, industrial maintenance, or technical customer support.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Fluent Spanish and good English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field service activities including installation, commissioning, operation, testing, optimization, maintenance, and repair of TOMRA equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical adjustments and configurations.
• Provide customer training on operation and maintenance of TOMRA systems.
• Deliver technical support and advice to maximize operational performance and reduce food waste.
• Prepare accurate service reports and collaborate with internal teams for excellent customer support.
• Travel up to 80% within Spain with possible international trips.
